Sign in and your lists follow you β no password to remember. Partners see the same list; friends keep their own. (The classic list-password way still works below.)
Add anything you want to track. It syncs to both phones once sync is on.
Solid bar = what you've spent Β· light bar = estimate for what's still βto buyβ.
Anyone who opens the app with the same list name + password shares this list, live. Friends use a different name to keep theirs separate.
Forgot the password? From a signed-in device you can link another device directly, or set a new password for everyone.
Share a link where family can see what's still needed and claim something to gift β no password needed. They never see your notes, budget, or what you paid.
This app syncs through Firebase (Firestore). If you ever recreate the database, publish these rules in the Firebase console (Firestore βΈ Rules) so lists stay shareable by name + password:
Later β locked rules. Once every regular device (you, your partner, friends with lists) has signed in with an account at least once, publish these instead: edits then require sign-in, and gift links can claim but never edit. Publishing early locks out old app versions.
